Our Mission
To enhance the well-being of America’s Veterans, their families, our military, and our communities by our devotion to mutual helpfulness. The American Legion’s vision statement is “The American Legion: Veterans Strengthening America.”
Eligibility
If you have served federal active duty in the United States Armed Forces since December 7, 1941, and have been honorably discharged or are still serving – you are eligible for membership in The American Legion!
How to Join
In-Person: The easiest way to join Post 1187 is come to our next meeting, we would love to meet you! We meet at 7:00 PM on the 3rd Thursday of every month at CALF’S Lowell Ranch, 2330 I-25, Castle Rock. (Directions)
