Reminder to all Legionnaires that our next regular Post meeting is on January 18, 2024. Our speaker this month is Andrea Weule of Archway Communities.
Andrea is a real estate investor, author and educator. She has completed 100’s of deals across the United States and continually shares her knowledge with new investors. She has completed numerous wholesale deals, rehabs, lease option deals, private money lending deals, and owns a number of rental properties. Andrea continues to wholesale properties on a regular basis. She is always growing their retirement money through deals with other investor partners. Even living in Colorado, she has completed deals in twelve other states.
Andrea is the co-author of the book, A Time to Profit. She has taught others investment strategies across both the US and Canada. To go into a new community and give other like-minded people the tools to improve their lives, the lives of their families, and their communities has been one of the greatest gifts of her life. She continues to educate other investors and travel throughout the US and Canada. Additionally, Andrea serves as an advisor for the Women’s Investment Group in Denver, helping to encourage other women to be healthy, wealthy, and wise.
Andrea is also an avid volunteer and works with many other Non-Profits in the Denver Metro Area. She loves that real estate has given her the freedom and ability to volunteer more. Andrea serves on the board of several Non-Profit Organizations including Archway Communities and serves as the President and Secretary of Archway Investment Corporation. She is currently serving her 3rd term as Lt Governor of Kiwanis after serving as President of her Kiwanis International Club for 5 years. She also packages meals for Colorado Feeding Kids and assists with programs here in Denver sending care packages to our troops overseas. She believes in many wonderful causes and loves the feeling of being able to give back and make an impact.
The security and flexibility have been a gift that Andrea has worked hard to achieve. She loves having the ability to spend time with her family that would be missed if she was working a full-time job. She loves to travel and look forward to the future adventures immersing herself in new cultures and communities across the globe with her husband, Chip. Life is great!
